Support Building the Humura Skilling Center: Empower Adolescent Mothers in Kanungu
Why This Matters:

In Kanungu District, adolescent mothers face significant challenges, including poverty, exploitation, and limited access to economic empowerment support systems. The Humura Skilling Center will address these challenges by providing vocational training in tailoring, hairdressing, baking, and sustainable farming.
​
This initiative aims to restore dignity and foster self-reliance among adolescent mothers, allowing them to secure better futures for themselves and their children. Beyond individual empowerment, the center will contribute to community growth by enabling these young women to play active roles in development.

The local community of Kirima has committed $10,783 (UGX 39,360,000) worth of materials to construct a three-classroom block, and InPact has secured three acres of land valued at $24,657 (UGX 90,000,000) for the project. Now, we invite your support to raise the remaining $41,753 (UGX 152,400,000) to make this vision a reality.
